Beautiful product much higher quality than expected for the price paid, far exceeded my chef husband's expections. Knife is sharp, precise, and comfortable. This knife is closely comparable to our $100+ knives. My husband is so impressed by the professional quality that he is planning to use this as his main chef knife for work, this product is perfect as it's not to costly, so he doesn't have the stress of a co-worker possibly ruining it. We will deffinitly be highly recommending this knife to coworkers and possibly purchasing a spare!!!
